Pluto is overall a very alternative person. She likes to do things in her own unique way and thrives to be herself and as unique as she can be, at all times. This is expressed through her moral choices and through her wardrobe.
This might stem from the fact that she's really creative. Ever since she's been a kid, she's had a lot of sensibility towards the arts, which shaped her to apply her creative ways to her day-to-day life. She inherited this passion from her mother, who used to be an artist too, and so she was emerged in art and creativity from a young age. She's also very carefree and polite.
Even though she's outgoing and flirty, she doesn't really consider being tied down to someone as of yet. This could be because a lot of her stems from discovering herself and exploring what she really wants.
Pluto is mentioned several times as she's still inside Maya Papaya's womb, and is born in the very last episode.
Pluto is a main character, as part of the Papaya family's vacation.
Overall, Pluto as a minimal role, as the daughter of the household's neighbours, towards the end of the series.
Pluto is again a main character, as part of the Critter Catchers, the Void Critter club, focus of the series.
As daughter of Daniella Papaya, the central character, she occasionally shows up in her family or work life.
Pluto returns as a protagonist, living with her sister Venus in an apartment in San Myshuno, as part of The Twins. She's the central character of several episodes and the series explores her young adult life.
10 years later, Pluto has moved into the Arts Quarter of San Myshuno, to a two story apartment.
